Member ranks

1. Soul Recruit — new member completing the evaluation period.
2. Shadow Operative — full clan member.
3. Elite Reaper — senior member recognized for positive contributions and teamwork.

Leadership ranks

1. Soul Lieutenant — junior command and moderation; helps new members, reviews applications, documents incidents, and supports events.
2. Shadow Captain — squad and operations leadership; coordinates squads, mentors Lieutenants, and reviews recommendations.
3. Reaper General — senior command; oversees Captains and Lieutenants, reviews serious cases, and coordinates major activities.
4. Shinigami Commander — clan owner and founder; establishes direction and policy, appoints senior leadership, and has final organizational authority.

How advancement works

Demonstrate respect and teamwork, contribute positively, fulfill the applicable eligibility requirements, and complete leadership evaluations when required.

Time in rank establishes eligibility, not automatic advancement. Leadership requires available positions, demonstrated responsibility, the required examination, and authorized approval.

Recruitment is encouraged, never mandatory. Promotions are earned through character, commitment, and leadership—not favoritism.

Rank is a responsibility

Leadership rank does not guarantee a competitive starting position. Competitive achievement titles, including Reaper Champion, do not grant Discord moderation authority.
