What we can help with

Open a private ticket through the designated support process in the clan Discord for:

  • Recruitment questions and applications.
  • Promotion inquiries.
  • Member concerns and conduct reports.
  • Disciplinary appeals.
  • Competitive team questions.
  • Leave requests and extensions.
  • General support.

This website is a reference library, not a ticketing portal. Reading, copying, or downloading a template does not submit a request or notify leadership.

Prepare your ticket

Provide a clear description of your concern. Include relevant dates, permitted message links or evidence, and the outcome you are requesting when applicable.

Use the appropriate blank template from Forms & templates. Do not distribute sensitive information unnecessarily.

Privacy and access

Only authorized staff should access your ticket. Do not share sensitive personal information unless necessary for a legitimate safety or moderation issue.

Never share passwords or private account access. Leave requests do not require private personal details.

Completed applications, incident reports, appeals, leave requests, and examination records must stay in the appropriate private channels—not public posts.

Appeals and impartiality

Disciplinary appeals should be submitted within 30 days of the decision. The target for an initial response is seven days, subject to staff availability.

An uninvolved officer should review an appeal when possible. Staff must not retaliate against anyone for a good-faith report or respectful appeal.

If you cannot access the server, use an existing designated appeal contact or private contact with authorized clan leadership. This handbook does not invent an alternate contact address or submission form.
