Request time away without having to disclose private personal circumstances.
How to use it
Send the request privately to leadership. “Personal Reasons” is sufficient, and the reason field is optional. Casual members do not need to request leave for missing optional activities.

Privacy and handling
Submit completed copies only through the clan’s appropriate private ticket or authorized staff channel. Do not publish completed applications, appeals, leave requests, or incident records. Share only the information necessary for the request; never include passwords or private account access.
