Game night hosting regulations

How to propose, announce, run, and report a fair and welcoming clan event.

On this page 6 sections

Event selection and announcements

  1. Select an event from the approved SHINIGAMI OPS Game Night Event Catalog.
  2. Suggest new events to Tactical Command for approval.
  3. Clearly announce the event name, date, time, and game mode.
  4. Post events at least 24 hours in advance when practical.

The Event options guide lists the choices supplied in the clan voting post. Confirm approval, game availability, player count, and final settings with Tactical Command.

Host responsibilities

  1. Arrive on time or notify leadership if unavailable.
  2. Explain the rules before starting.
  3. Organize fair teams.
  4. Include new members and help them feel welcome.
  5. Enforce clan rules consistently.
  6. Resolve ordinary gameplay disagreements fairly.
  7. Refer serious misconduct to authorized moderation staff.
  8. Record results for official competitions.

Participation

Casual game nights are voluntary. Competitive events may require advance registration. Members may belong to other gaming communities, and recruitment is encouraged but not required.

School, work, family, and personal responsibilities take priority.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend, notify Tactical Command when possible. Another authorized host may take over or reschedule.

Fair play

Cheating, harassment, discrimination, intentional sabotage, and abuse of authority are prohibited. Establish competitive match rules before the first round.

Completion report

After an event, report the event name, date, host, approximate attendance, activities completed, winners when applicable, and relevant feedback.

Use the After action report template. Focus on constructive improvement rather than blaming individual players.

One Clan. Many Operations. One Mission.
