When to use this template

Propose a game night and request Tactical Command approval.

How to use it

Choose an approved event or submit a new event for approval. Send the request to Tactical Command before announcing it as an approved operation. Include the start time and time zone.

Copy or download the blank template below, replace the bracketed fields, and review it before sharing. Copying or downloading does not submit anything or notify staff.

Privacy and handling

Submit completed copies only through the clan’s appropriate private ticket or authorized staff channel. Do not publish completed applications, appeals, leave requests, or incident records. Share only the information necessary for the request; never include passwords or private account access.
