Tactical Operations Code

Mission

Tactical Operations strengthens teamwork, coordination, communication, and positive competitive experiences.

The division coordinates Multiplayer, Warzone, Zombies, competitive scrimmages, squad training, and community events. All Reapers are welcome to join activities suited to their interests.

Participation

• Casual operations are voluntary: join when you want.
• Competitive players should coordinate with their roster and honor agreed schedules and commitments.
• Members may join other gaming communities.
• Recruitment is encouraged but not required.
• Real-life responsibilities always take priority.

Squad conduct

1. Treat squadmates and opponents respectfully.
2. Follow reasonable match coordination instructions.
3. Communicate constructively.
4. Do not deliberately sabotage team activities.
5. Do not cheat, harass, or discriminate.
6. Never pressure members to share personal information.

Squad leadership

• Treat all members fairly.
• Organize rosters and match strategies within your responsibilities.
• Do not issue clan-wide disciplinary punishments without authorization.
• Address disagreements respectfully.
• Base roster changes on relevant team needs.

Competitive operations

Competitive roster positions depend on teamwork, communication, and gameplay. Starting positions are not permanent guarantees. Tryouts and evaluations must be fair, competition rules must be followed, and players may request constructive feedback.

Operational reports

Hosts should document important outcomes, relevant attendance, and lessons learned. Use the After action report template for constructive follow-up.

Attendance records must not be used to punish casual members for optional participation.

Accountability

Refer serious conduct violations to authorized clan moderation staff. Operational leadership does not override the Code of Conduct.

One Clan. Many Squads. One Mission.

Precision. Discipline. Brotherhood. Victory.
